A sport program is one area of "Opportunities" that is spoken of in our School Vision Statement and is therefore an important area to us and our community.
Inter School Sport
Laidley District State School offers and inter sport competition throughout the course of the year. Sports offered include:
- Cricket
- Soccer
- Football
- Touch Football
- Netball
- Softball
District Sports
Laidley District State School encourages participation in The Western District Sports program. Many students from this school represent the district in a wide variety of Sports. Trials for Cross Country, and Athletics occur at a school level before being selected to the district level.
Physical Education
This school provides PE lessons 30 minutes per week as per the Ausdtralian Curriculum.
